نہ وہ رنگ فصلِ بہار کا، نہ روش وہ ابرِ بہار کی
،جس ادا سے یار تھے آشنا وہ مزاجِ بادِ صبا گیا
جو طلب پہ عہدِ وفا کیا، تو وہ آبروئے وفا گئ
،سرِ عام جب ہوئے مدّعی تو ثوابِ صدق و صفا گیا
ابھی بادباں کو تہہ رکھو ابھی مضطرب ہے رخِ ہوا
!!!...کسی راستے میں ہے منتظر وہ سکوں جو آکے چلا گیا
वे मूर्तियों नेडाले हैं ोस्ोस्े कि दिल से डर भगवान गया
वह पड़ी हैं दिन कयामतें कि विचार को लौटाना गया,
जो आत्मा था खारगलो बना, जो उठे तो हाथ लहू हुए
वह निशात आह सहर गया वो प्रतिष्ठा हाथ प्रार्थना गया,
न वे रंग फसल बिहार का, न रोष वह बादल बिहार
जिस अदा से यार थे आशना वह स्वभाव बाद सबा गया,
जो मांग पर संकल्प वफ़ा, तो वह आबरोए वफ़ा गया
सिर आम जब हुए वादी तो इनाम ईमानदारी और साफ गया,
अभी बादबाँ को तहे रखो अब बेचैन है रुख हुआ
किसी रास्ते में प्रतीक्षा वह सकूँ जो आके चला गया...!!!
